Mini Mixed Vegetable Rawa/Semolina/Suji Pancake
One of the quickest and easiest breakfast options, this mini vegetable rawa/semolina/suji pancake is not only perfect for breakfast but also an evening snack. And since rawa is a coarse granulated grain (mostly wheat), these pancakes are packed with nutritional goods too.

Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Set batter aside for 15 minutes.
Pour a spoonful of batter for each mini pancake. Make multiple if you are using a big pan

Ingredients
- Coarse Rawa (Semolina), 3 cups
- Yogurt, 1 1/4 cup
- Water, 4-6 cups
- Cilantro, chopped, handful
- Spring onions, chopped, 1 cup
- Ginger, minced, 1 Tsp
- Mushroom, finely chopped, 1/2 cup
- Tomato, finely chopped, 1/2 cup
- Serrano chilli, minced, 1/2
- Turmeric, 1/2 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Set batter aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with little oil. You can use mini pancake pan too.
- Pour a spoonful of batter for each mini pancake. Make multiple if you are using a big pan.
- Cook on a medium-high flame until they are golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Flip and add little more oil along the edges of the pan and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat the process for remaining batter to make more pancakes.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
