Ginger-Turmeric Immunity Shot
- Servings - 12 shots, 24 oz

Ingredients
- Organic Ginger, 1 cup
- Organic Turmeric Root, 1 cup
- Lemon, peeled - 3
- Coconut Water (or Orange Juice) - 12 oz
- Black Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Juicer
- 2 oz glass bottles, 12
Directions
- Wash turmeric and ginger roots well. You can use a vegetable brush to give them a good scrub.
- In the juicer add ginger and juice it, followed by turmeric and then peeled lemons. Mix all the juices.
- Add black pepper and coconut water to the juice and mix well.
- Pour the liquid in 2oz small bottles for individual use and refrigerate them.
- Have one shot morning and evening on empty stomach for best effects.
